Sander, drill powered wire-brush, hand held wire brushes, and scraper. I sand sheetmetal down to the bare metal before primer and paint. Makes a nice shiney finish afterwards. Wink

I have been using paint stripper, wire wheels on the grinder but that gets expensive, Bought a little sandblaster, that works the best so far but YOU NEED LOTS OF AIR STORAGE and a compressor with good CFM output also make sure to put a water seperator as close to the sand blaster as possible It makes things way better so that your sandblaster nozzle wont plug off.
